An internationally expanding fintech banking organization is searching for a creative and commercially minded Innovation Consultant to identify disruptive opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, and help design future-ready financial products that transform how customers save, spend, invest, and transact.
This role places you at the intersection of strategy, technology, customer experience, and product innovation. You will collaborate with engineers, UX designers, product managers, marketing specialists, compliance teams, and executive leadership to transform visionary concepts into market-leading fintech solutions.

- Facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Develop business cases and product proposals.
- Support product strategy and roadmap development.
- Evaluate market opportunities and customer needs.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Measure innovation programme performance.
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Mentor innovation teams and promote knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Economics, or related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in consulting, innovation management, product strategy, or fintech.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passion for emerging technologies and financial innovation.
