Position Overview
An innovative digital finance organization is seeking a knowledgeable Fintech Solutions Consultant to help organizations adopt advanced financial technologies that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and digital service delivery. This role combines technical expertise with business consulting to deliver scalable and secure fintech solutions across modern financial ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on fintech platform selection and implementation.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend tailored financial technology solutions.
- Support digital transformation projects involving payments, lending, and financial automation.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with software engineering and product teams during implementation.
- Assist with system integration planning and API connectivity.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution architecture documentation, and implementation plans.
- Evaluate technology risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards throughout project execution.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
- Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop comprehensive project reports and executive presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in fintech consulting, solution consulting, business analysis, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, banking platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, and financial software.
- Knowledge of software implementation methodologies and system integration.
- Excellent client engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation and documentation abilities.
- Experience working within Agile project environments.
- Professional certifications in fintech, cloud technologies, or business analysis are advantageous.
