Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consulting on fintech transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and recommend innovative digital financial solutions.
- Advise on digital payments, open banking, embedded finance, and financial technology trends.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.
- Support the implementation of fintech platforms and digital banking products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with technology, compliance, and product teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor project performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Prepare detailed consulting reports and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in fintech consulting, digital banking, financial services, or technology transformation.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, digital wallets, API banking, and financial platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis and presentation tools.
- Professional certifications in fintech, project management, or business analysis are an advantage.
