Lead the Transformation That Will Define the Next Generation of Banking
A globally respected fintech banking institution is embarking on an ambitious enterprise-wide transformation programme and is seeking a visionary Principal Consultant to guide strategic initiatives that reshape digital banking, payment innovation, customer engagement, operational excellence, and technology modernization.
This is an executive-level consulting opportunity for professionals who excel at translating complex business challenges into innovative, technology-driven solutions. You will work directly with executive leadership, influencing critical decisions that shape the institution’s future while delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, customer experience, and sustainable growth.
As a trusted strategic advisor, you will collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Executives, Software Engineering Leaders, Artificial Intelligence Specialists, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Professionals, Operations Teams, Risk & Compliance Experts, and C-suite executives to lead transformative programmes across retail banking, corporate banking, digital payments, embedded finance, AI-powered financial services, and cloud-native technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives across fintech banking operations.
- Advise executive leadership on technology modernization strategies.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for digital banking innovation.
- Conduct operational maturity assessments and business capability reviews.
- Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programmes from concept to execution.
- Optimize customer journeys and operational processes using data-driven insights.
- Support cloud migration, digital payments, and financial technology initiatives.
- Develop executive business cases, governance reports, and investment proposals.
- Mentor consulting teams and promote organizational change management.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Strategy, Technology Management, or Digital Transformation is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of consulting, banking, fintech, or enterprise transformation experience.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and programme leadership.
