About the Position
An internationally expanding fintech banking organization is seeking an experienced Business Consultant – Fintech Transformation & Market Development to provide strategic advisory support across enterprise transformation initiatives, business optimization programmes, market expansion projects, and digital banking modernization efforts.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded consultant with a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology, analytics, process innovation, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will work with executive leadership to improve operational effectiveness, optimize customer experiences, strengthen financial performance, and identify new business opportunities within the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
Working alongside Technology Architects, Product Managers, Finance Leaders, Data Analysts, Operations Executives, Compliance Specialists, Customer Experience teams, and Business Development professionals, you will contribute to high-profile strategic initiatives that shape the future of digital financial services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise business assessments and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop strategic recommendations supporting digital banking transformation.
- Analyze financial performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Build commercial business cases for new products, services, and technology investments.
- Facilitate business process redesign and operational optimization initiatives.
- Support executive strategic planning and organizational change programmes.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance customer-centric solutions.
- Develop executive dashboards and business performance reporting frameworks.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, business reviews, and transformation planning sessions.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market opportunity analysis.
- Support regional market expansion initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Mentor business analysts while promoting consulting best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Financial Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in management consulting, fintech, banking, corporate strategy, or business transformation.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
