A globally recognized fintech banking institution is seeking a highly accomplished Enterprise Consultant to advise on large-scale operational transformation, enterprise technology optimization, digital governance, and organizational excellence.
This position is designed for experienced professionals who enjoy solving complex business problems, improving operational efficiency, and delivering strategic recommendations that create long-term value. You will partner with senior executives and multidisciplinary teams to optimize business processes, modernize technology ecosystems, and support the delivery of innovative financial services across regional and international markets.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise business operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead operational excellence and digital transformation projects.
- Develop enterprise technology and process optimization strategies.
- Conduct business process mapping and organizational assessments.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and change management initiatives.
- Evaluate technology investments and implementation approaches.
- Support governance, compliance, and operational risk initiatives.
- Monitor programme performance using KPIs and business metrics.
- Mentor junior consultants and project teams.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide innovation programmes.
- Represent the consulting function in executive committees and strategic planning forums.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise consulting, financial services, banking, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to manage complex consulting engagements and executive stakeholders.
