Key Responsibilities
- Develop regional and international growth strategies.
- Evaluate fintech investment opportunities and strategic acquisitions.
- Lead corporate development and expansion initiatives.
- Build executive relationships with financial institutions and technology partners.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive landscape analysis.
- Support product commercialization and go-to-market execution.
- Prepare executive investment reports and business cases.
- Negotiate strategic partnerships and commercial agreements.
- Represent the organization at global fintech forums and investment summits.

Qualifications
- MBA, Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- CFA or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
- 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, venture capital, investment banking, or fintech leadership.
- Strong financial modeling and commercial negotiation expertise.
- Outstanding executive presentation and leadership skills.
