A multinational fintech enterprise is seeking a visionary Group President – Strategic Finance & Global Fintech Development to drive international expansion, enterprise finance strategy, institutional partnerships, corporate investments, and long-term organizational growth across regional and global financial markets.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this executive will define the company’s strategic direction while leading high-impact initiatives that strengthen competitive positioning, commercial performance, and enterprise value.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term global finance and growth strategies.
- Lead international market expansion and institutional partnership initiatives.
- Oversee enterprise investment planning and capital allocation strategies.
- Drive strategic transformation across multiple business divisions.
- Build executive relationships with banks, regulators, investors, and technology partners.
- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment opportunities.
- Strengthen governance, enterprise performance, and financial sustainability.
- Present strategic recommendations to shareholders and board committees.
- Represent the organization at international financial leadership forums.
- Build and mentor world-class executive leadership teams.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or Technology.
- MBA or internationally recognized executive qualification required.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, financial services, consulting, or multinational corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation and international expansion.
- Outstanding commercial judgment, negotiation expertise, executive presence, and organizational leadership capabilities.
