Strategic Proposition
We are looking for a forward-thinking Embedded Wealth & Investment Products Strategist to identify ways investment capabilities can be integrated directly into digital platforms and customer ecosystems.
The role sits at the intersection of wealth management, fintech distribution, investment products, customer behaviour, product economics, and digital commerce.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to embed investment capabilities within digital financial journeys.
- Research customer segments and their investment needs.
- Develop concepts for digitally distributed investment products.
- Analyse market size, customer demand, competitive positioning, and revenue potential.
- Build financial models for proposed investment propositions.
- Develop product roadmaps alongside product and technology teams.
- Evaluate automated investment, portfolio-management, and investment-analytics technologies.
- Identify strategic distribution partnerships.
- Analyse customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and assets-under-management potential.
- Develop pricing and commercialisation strategies.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking across WealthTech markets.
- Assess the commercial viability of emerging investment technologies.
- Present strategic recommendations and investment cases to senior leadership.
Required Experience
- 7–11 years of experience in WealthTech, asset management, investment banking, fintech, consulting, or financial product strategy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of investment products and digital financial services.
- Demonstrated experience with product strategy and commercial modelling.
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation capabilities.
- CFA, MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Indicative Compensation
SAR 38,000–55,000 monthly + benefits and performance incentives.
