EXECUTIVE BRIEF
The Head of Product will establish the strategic product direction for a portfolio of digital financial services, balancing customer demand, technology capabilities, commercial objectives, and long-term platform scalability.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a product executive who can move between market strategy, product economics, technology delivery, customer intelligence, and organizational leadership.
STRATEGIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Define the long-term vision and product strategy for digital financial platforms.

Establish portfolio priorities based on market opportunity and commercial value.

Lead product discovery, validation, development, launch, and optimization.

Build product roadmaps spanning payments, digital accounts, financial APIs, and platform services.

Establish product-performance frameworks covering adoption, revenue, engagement, retention, and customer value.

Direct multidisciplinary product teams across product management, design, engineering, analytics, and operations.

Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled financial experiences.

Evaluate competitive products and emerging fintech business models.

Present product investment cases and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

EXECUTIVE PROFILE

10+ years of experience in product leadership, fintech, digital banking, payments, or technology.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.

Proven experience leading complex digital-product portfolios.

Strong understanding of financial technology and platform economics.
