An internationally expanding financial technology enterprise is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Ecosystems & Platform Strategy Officer to spearhead the evolution of interconnected financial platforms that redefine how consumers, enterprises, and institutions engage with digital financial services.

Key Executive Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise-wide fintech ecosystem strategy.
- Lead the commercialization of platform-based financial services.
- Drive Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) expansion initiatives.
- Build strategic alliances with banks, payment providers, and technology partners.
- Oversee digital platform governance and scalability.
- Champion enterprise innovation and transformation programmes.
- Direct executive investment prioritization and portfolio optimization.
- Develop customer-centric financial product ecosystems.
- Guide regional market expansion strategies.
- Establish performance metrics for platform profitability and adoption.
- Foster innovation through fintech accelerator partnerships.
- Present strategic business initiatives to executive leadership and governing boards.
- Mentor senior leadership teams across technology, operations, and product divisions.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Economics, or Computer Science.
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, financial technology, or digital commerce.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-scale transformation and platform strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multinational teams and strategic partnerships.
