Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in human capital, organizational development, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning and leadership development.
- Outstanding communication, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
