An innovative fintech enterprise is searching for a highly accomplished Director – Fintech Platform Reliability & Site Engineering to lead enterprise reliability initiatives that ensure financial platforms remain secure, scalable, resilient, and available around the clock.
You will oversee critical infrastructure supporting payment systems, digital banking applications, customer platforms, and cloud-native services while driving automation, operational excellence, and engineering innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Reliability Engineering
- Develop enterprise reliability strategies.

Cloud Operations

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in cloud engineering, site reliability, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and financial technology platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
