Role Mission
The Experience Architect will be responsible for designing the structural and behavioral foundations of next-generation financial products.
Rather than focusing solely on visual interfaces, this position addresses the complete relationship between people, technology, financial information, workflows, and digital decision-making.
The professional appointed to this role will examine how users discover financial services, interpret information, make transactions, resolve problems, and manage their financial lives—and then architect experiences that make those interactions faster, clearer, and more intelligent.
Strategic Responsibilities
Experience Architecture

Build comprehensive experience architectures for digital financial ecosystems.

Map complex customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, authentication, transactions, support, and retention.

Identify systemic UX problems spanning multiple products and channels.

Establish interaction frameworks capable of supporting rapidly expanding fintech portfolios.
Product Interaction

Create sophisticated interaction models for mobile and web applications.

Develop prototypes capable of communicating complex transactional and financial workflows.

Design dashboards that convert high-volume financial information into actionable insights.

Develop intuitive navigation models for multi-product financial ecosystems.

Create exceptional experiences for payments, transfers, cards, wallets, financial analytics, and account management.
Research & Behavioral Intelligence

Conduct user interviews, usability studies, journey analysis, and competitive research.

Translate behavioral observations into actionable product-design hypotheses.

Partner with analytics teams to identify experience bottlenecks.

Design controlled experiments to validate UX improvements.
-
Use evidence rather than subjective preference to guide major design decisions.
Design Governance

Establish experience principles across digital products.

Develop sophisticated UI libraries and interaction standards.

Create documentation that enables engineering teams to reproduce intended experiences accurately.

Establish quality benchmarks for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency.
Required Expertise

8+ years in UX, product design, interaction design, or experience architecture.

Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital-product work.

Experience designing financial, transactional, enterprise, or data-intensive platforms.

Advanced knowledge of Figma and modern design-system methodologies.

Strong command of user research, prototyping, journey mapping, usability testing, and information architecture.

Ability to communicate complex design decisions to executives, engineers, and product leaders.

Strong analytical thinking combined with exceptional visual and interaction-design judgment.
