A high-growth fintech company is recruiting an experienced Digital Lending Strategy Manager to lead the development of innovative lending products, customer acquisition strategies, credit lifecycle optimization, and digital financing solutions for retail and SME customers.
You will collaborate across product, analytics, engineering, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver scalable lending solutions that improve accessibility, efficiency, and long-term customer value.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise digital lending strategies.
- Manage the lifecycle of digital lending products.
- Analyze customer behavior and lending performance metrics.
- Collaborate with technology teams to improve lending automation.
- Support underwriting process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Monitor portfolio quality and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Develop executive business cases for new lending initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional product launches.
- Deliver strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in lending, fintech, digital banking, or consumer finance.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and product management skills.
- Experience with digital lending platforms and financial analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
