A multinational fintech organization is seeking a visionary Group Chief Innovation & Commercial Strategy Officer to lead enterprise-wide innovation, commercial transformation, strategic investments, global partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives across the Gulf region.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for translating emerging technologies into profitable business models while driving sustainable expansion and market leadership.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise innovation and commercial growth strategies.
- Lead strategic investment and business expansion initiatives.
- Build executive relationships with financial institutions, technology providers, investors, and regulators.
- Identify new revenue streams and emerging market opportunities.
- Oversee commercialization of innovative financial products and services.
- Direct enterprise strategic planning and competitive positioning.
- Monitor organizational performance using executive KPIs.
- Represent the organization at international fintech, banking, and investment forums.
- Mentor executive leadership teams across multiple business units.
- Present long-term strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA or internationally recognized executive qualification required.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success leading innovation, commercial transformation, and international business growth.
- Outstanding executive leadership, governance, negotiation, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
