Lead Enterprise Transformation Across the Gulf’s Financial Future
A globally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking an exceptional Group Chief Enterprise Transformation Officer to direct large-scale organizational transformation, digital modernization, strategic execution, operational excellence, and innovation programs across regional and international operations.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, this executive leader will shape the organization’s future through enterprise-wide transformation strategies that accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and strengthen competitive advantage.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise transformation strategies aligned with long-term corporate objectives.
- Lead modernization of financial operations, technology platforms, and customer service models.
- Oversee execution of enterprise strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
- Drive organizational performance improvement through innovation and automation.
- Build executive partnerships with financial institutions, regulators, investors, and technology providers.
- Monitor enterprise transformation KPIs and governance frameworks.
- Evaluate strategic investments supporting organizational growth.
- Present transformation progress to executive committees and Board members.
- Mentor senior leadership teams and future executives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, Economics, or related discipline.
- MBA or internationally recognized executive qualification required.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, enterprise strategy, or multinational financial services.
- Proven record leading enterprise transformation and large-scale organizational change.
- Outstanding executive leadership, governance, negotiation, and strategic planning expertise.
