A high-growth fintech organization is redefining digital financial services across the Middle East through embedded finance, intelligent payment ecosystems, and API-driven banking innovation.
The organization seeks an accomplished Chief Embedded Finance & Digital Commerce Officer to lead enterprise-wide commercial transformation by integrating financial products seamlessly into retail, logistics, healthcare, telecommunications, mobility, and digital marketplace ecosystems.
This executive will shape the long-term financial technology vision while creating scalable partnerships that redefine how consumers and businesses access financial services.
Executive Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise embedded finance strategy.
- Lead digital commerce financial innovation.
- Expand Banking-as-a-Service capabilities.
- Establish strategic ecosystem partnerships.
- Oversee API commercialization initiatives.
- Drive merchant financial integration programmes.
- Build digital lending partnerships.
- Lead executive transformation governance.
- Optimize financial product monetization.
- Develop enterprise innovation frameworks.
- Strengthen customer financial engagement.
- Manage regional expansion strategies.
- Present enterprise growth initiatives to executive leadership.
- Lead cross-border fintech collaborations.
- Champion operational excellence and sustainable innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership within fintech, banking, digital commerce, or financial services.
- Extensive executive experience leading enterprise-scale innovation programmes.
- Strong commercial strategy and partnership development expertise.
- Outstanding executive communication and negotiation capabilities.
