Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership within fintech, banking technology, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise digital transformation.
- Strong commercial and strategic leadership capabilities.
