Accelerate Innovation Through Strategic Investment and Partnership
A rapidly growing financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Director – FinTech Venture Partnerships & Corporate Development to identify transformative business opportunities, establish strategic alliances, and drive sustainable corporate growth across the Gulf region.
This leadership role combines investment analysis, partnership development, corporate strategy, and commercial execution to position the organization as a leader within the global fintech ecosystem.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise partnership and corporate development strategies.
- Identify investment opportunities aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Build relationships with financial institutions, technology firms, and venture partners.
- Lead strategic due diligence and commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate high-value partnership agreements and joint ventures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion initiatives.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Present investment recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary corporate development teams.
- Represent the organization at international fintech, investment, and innovation forums.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Corporate Strategy, or related discipline.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent executive qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate development, venture partnerships, investment banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong commercial negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise growth through strategic collaborations.
