Position Overview
An outstanding opportunity is available for an innovative UX Researcher & Interface Designer to shape customer-centric digital experiences across modern banking and financial technology platforms. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about understanding customer behavior, conducting meaningful user research, and designing intuitive digital interfaces that improve engagement, usability, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work alongside product managers, business analysts, software engineers, marketing professionals, and customer experience teams to deliver data-driven design solutions that enhance digital banking experiences from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and behavioral insights.
- Design intuitive interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Create interactive prototypes and wireframes.
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend design improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams throughout implementation.
- Maintain consistency through enterprise design systems.
- Optimize accessibility and responsive user experiences.
- Prepare UX research reports and design presentations.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics and usability trends.
- Support product innovation and feature enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming workshops.
- Document design standards and research findings.
- Promote user-centered design across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience in UX research, interface design, or digital product design.
- Strong knowledge of usability testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with responsive and accessible design principles.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating UX research and UI design expertise.
