Position Overview
A fast-growing digital organization is seeking an analytical and creative UX Researcher & UI Designer to lead user research initiatives while designing engaging digital interfaces. The successful candidate will bridge customer insights with innovative design solutions to improve usability, increase customer satisfaction, and support the delivery of world-class digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Analyze user behavior, usability metrics, and customer feedback.
- Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams.
- Develop and maintain reusable design components.
- Perform usability testing and A/B testing initiatives.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility and responsive design standards.
- Present research insights and design recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor design trends and recommend innovative user experience enhancements.
- Support continuous improvement of digital products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in UX research and UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
- Knowledge of usability testing, interaction design, and accessibility principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional product teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research and interface design expertise.
