Position Overview
An innovative organization is looking for a talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to create exceptional digital experiences from concept to launch. This role combines user-centered design, visual creativity, and product strategy to deliver intuitive solutions that enhance customer engagement and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products.
- Conduct user research and analyze customer behavior.
- Develop personas, journey maps, and interaction flows.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams throughout development.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain consistency through scalable design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and implement design improvements.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are maintained.
- Support product innovation through design thinking methodologies.
- Document design decisions and product specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
- Experience with prototyping and usability testing.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in Agile product development environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
