A rapidly scaling financial technology environment in Dubai is seeking an exceptional Senior Product & Growth Manager – Fintech Expansion to lead product commercialization, customer growth strategy, revenue optimization, and digital financial product expansion across payments, merchant services, embedded finance, and customer-centric banking platforms.
This role is built for a high-performing fintech professional who understands how to connect product strategy with measurable commercial growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building high-impact financial products, improving customer acquisition funnels, increasing product adoption, optimizing retention, and driving sustainable revenue growth across competitive GCC financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product and growth strategy across digital payments, customer finance solutions, and merchant ecosystems
- Identify market expansion opportunities across embedded finance, payment services, and platform banking solutions
- Build scalable financial products designed for customer adoption, commercial sustainability, and long-term market relevance
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with revenue targets and business expansion strategies
- Strengthen customer acquisition channels and optimize conversion funnels across digital financial services
- Improve onboarding journeys, customer activation, and product retention strategies
- Drive pricing strategy, monetization models, and portfolio profitability improvements
- Use customer analytics, transaction behavior, and market intelligence to support product decisions
- Partner with engineering, compliance, finance, and operations teams for seamless product delivery
- Launch innovation pilots and validate product-market fit across multiple fintech verticals
- Build strategic ecosystem partnerships that accelerate customer growth and market penetration
- Deliver executive reporting on growth performance, product adoption, and commercial outcomes
- Mentor product and growth teams while strengthening innovation governance frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Product Management, Financial Technology, or related discipline
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in fintech product management, growth strategy, or digital financial services
- Strong expertise in digital payments, customer acquisition, and financial product commercialization
- Deep understanding of UAE fintech ecosystems and customer financial behavior
- Proven experience scaling fintech products in competitive markets
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Advanced commercial strategy and analytical decision-making capability
