A next-generation fintech organization is seeking an accomplished Executive Director – Financial Intelligence & Digital Risk to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen fraud intelligence, transaction surveillance, digital trust, operational resilience, and AI-driven risk management across a rapidly expanding financial ecosystem.

Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise financial intelligence and digital risk strategies.
- Lead AI-powered fraud monitoring and transaction analytics initiatives.
- Strengthen operational resilience and enterprise risk governance.
- Oversee financial crime prevention frameworks and investigative operations.
- Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, compliance, and legal leadership.
- Design executive dashboards for enterprise risk reporting.
- Evaluate emerging technologies that enhance financial security.
- Lead enterprise incident response and strategic recovery planning.
- Present risk intelligence to executive leadership and Board committees.
- Build high-performing multidisciplinary leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, enterprise risk, financial intelligence, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial risk governance and operational leadership.
- Exceptional executive communication and strategic decision-making skills.
