A multinational fintech enterprise is seeking an accomplished Group Chief Market Expansion Officer to spearhead international growth, market entry strategy, institutional partnerships, commercial expansion, and cross-border business development initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, this executive leader will define the organization’s international expansion roadmap while building sustainable relationships with financial institutions, strategic investors, payment networks, regulators, and enterprise customers.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide international market expansion strategies.
- Lead regional and global commercial growth initiatives.
- Build strategic alliances with banks, payment providers, financial institutions, and technology partners.
- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment opportunities.
- Direct enterprise market intelligence and competitive strategy.
- Strengthen executive governance for commercial operations.
- Oversee organizational growth KPIs and performance metrics.
- Represent the organization during international financial and technology conferences.
- Mentor executive commercial leadership teams.
- Present strategic expansion initiatives to shareholders and board committees.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or Technology.
- MBA or internationally recognized executive qualification required.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, consulting, financial services, or multinational business development.
- Proven record of leading international expansion and enterprise growth.
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, governance, and strategic leadership capabilities.
