Position Overview

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead the design of innovative digital financial products that deliver exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will partner with executive stakeholders, product owners, software engineers, researchers, and customer experience specialists to deliver visually engaging and highly functional digital products that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital banking products.
• Facilitate product discovery workshops and design thinking sessions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Conduct usability testing and interpret customer feedback.
• Develop scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams during implementation.
• Improve accessibility and responsive design across digital platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices.
• Analyze user behavior and digital performance metrics.
• Participate in Agile planning and sprint reviews.
• Maintain design documentation and product specifications.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking.
• Support innovation initiatives and product modernization.
• Present design concepts to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous enhancement of digital customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise digital products.
• Excellent understanding of accessibility, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric and analytical mindset.
