A fast-growing financial technology institution in Manama is seeking a highly capable Senior Manager – Fintech Partnerships & Revenue Growth to drive strategic alliances, commercial partnerships, financial ecosystem development, and revenue expansion across payment platforms, digital banking services, and customer financial products.
This role is ideal for a commercially focused fintech professional who understands how strategic partnerships can unlock customer growth, product scalability, and long-term market competitiveness. The successful candidate will lead high-value collaborations with financial institutions, payment processors, and digital ecosystem partners while strengthening financial product adoption across regional markets.

Key Duties
- Lead strategic partnership development across payments, embedded finance, merchant services, and customer financial solutions
- Identify high-value revenue opportunities and customer acquisition channels across fintech ecosystems
- Build strong alliances with banks, payment processors, and financial infrastructure partners
- Support go-to-market execution for new financial products and commercial growth initiatives
- Improve customer adoption, onboarding journeys, and financial service retention strategies
- Develop pricing frameworks and profitability models for product and partnership sustainability
- Evaluate partnership performance and revenue contribution across multiple business channels
- Collaborate with compliance, product, finance, and operations teams for scalable execution
- Strengthen regional market penetration and cross-border ecosystem expansion opportunities
- Deliver executive reporting and strategic commercial recommendations to leadership teams
- Build long-term innovation frameworks for sustainable partnership growth
- Mentor junior growth teams and strengthen leadership succession planning
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Financial Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in fintech partnerships, growth strategy, or strategic business development
- Strong understanding of GCC fintech ecosystems and financial services expansion models
- Experience across payment platforms, strategic alliances, and customer financial products
- Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue growth and negotiation success
- Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication capability
- Strong understanding of financial platform scalability and ecosystem development
- Ability to convert partnerships into measurable financial outcomes
