Primary Responsibilities
1. Platform Delivery Leadership
- Lead delivery of digital banking platforms, payment integrations, and financial infrastructure modernization projects.
- Coordinate implementation across engineering, operations, and executive leadership teams.
- Ensure delivery timelines and business priorities remain aligned.
2. API Banking & Systems Integration
- Manage API connectivity across banking systems, payment platforms, and third-party financial services.
- Ensure transaction accuracy, system interoperability, and operational readiness.
- Support onboarding of institutional partners and financial ecosystem participants.
3. Operational Readiness & Stability
- Oversee go-live execution, stabilization planning, and post-launch support frameworks.
- Reduce operational risks across financial infrastructure deployments.
- Improve long-term platform resilience and performance reliability.
4. Strategic Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central coordination point across product, engineering, finance, and compliance teams.
- Translate technical delivery into measurable business outcomes.
- Improve governance across platform execution and financial operations.
Required Expertise
- API banking platforms and financial system delivery
- Payment systems and enterprise banking infrastructure
- Fintech implementation and transformation leadership
- Project governance in regulated financial environments

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6–10+ years in fintech delivery, banking systems implementation, or enterprise financial platforms
- Strong experience in API ecosystems and banking infrastructure
- Ability to lead complex financial transformation projects remotely
- Strong communication and operational leadership capability
