A leading fintech banking organization is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Cryptocurrency Risk & Compliance Specialist to strengthen governance, operational resilience, and regulatory excellence across its expanding digital asset business.
This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about protecting innovative financial ecosystems while enabling responsible growth. You will work closely with business leaders to establish effective governance frameworks, assess operational risks, and support the compliant delivery of cryptocurrency-related financial products.
Working with Blockchain Operations, Digital Asset Custody Teams, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, Legal, Technology, Fraud Prevention, Product Management, and Executive Leadership, you will play a critical role in maintaining trust and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise risk assessments for cryptocurrency operations.
- Review digital asset governance frameworks and internal controls.
- Support compliance monitoring across digital asset activities.
- Develop policies and operational procedures.
- Perform transaction reviews and operational risk analysis.
- Prepare governance reports and executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on digital asset security initiatives.
- Support internal audits and organizational reviews.
- Monitor emerging regulatory developments affecting digital assets.
- Deliver compliance awareness sessions to business teams.
- Recommend continuous process improvements.
- Contribute to enterprise risk management programmes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fintech, banking, digital assets, enterprise risk, compliance, or financial governance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
