Build the Compliance Layer
Develop the technology that allows fintech organisations to embed sophisticated compliance and control processes directly into their digital platforms.
The Developer will transform complex operational requirements into automated software capabilities covering customer verification, transaction monitoring, risk workflows, case management and regulatory reporting.
What You Will Build

Develop applications supporting automated compliance workflows.

Build APIs connecting compliance systems with fintech platforms.

Implement rules-based transaction-monitoring capabilities.

Develop workflow engines for alerts, investigations and case management.

Integrate customer and transaction data from multiple financial systems.

Build automated reporting and operational dashboards.

Develop secure services for identity and customer-data processing.
-
Collaborate with risk, compliance, product and data teams.

Write unit, integration and performance tests.

Investigate production issues and implement durable technical solutions.

Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Technical Requirements
-
5+ years of professional software-development experience.

Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript or a comparable language.

Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.

Strong SQL and relational-database knowledge.
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerised applications.
-
Understanding of event-driven systems and workflow automation.
-
Experience with fintech, RegTech, banking or compliance platforms is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
