A fast-growing fintech banking organization is seeking a highly analytical Risk & Governance Manager to oversee enterprise governance frameworks, operational resilience, and strategic risk management across modern digital banking operations.
This leadership role requires a professional capable of balancing business growth with effective governance while supporting the secure expansion of digital financial services.
Working alongside Executive Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Payment Operations, Treasury, Technology, Product Management, and Business Units, you will help strengthen organizational resilience through proactive governance and intelligent risk oversight.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise risk management strategies.
- Oversee governance frameworks supporting banking operations.
- Conduct operational and strategic risk assessments.
- Monitor enterprise control environments and governance effectiveness.
- Lead policy development and governance improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate business continuity and operational resilience programmes.
- Support regulatory readiness and internal audit activities.
- Develop executive governance dashboards and performance reports.
- Collaborate with technology teams on digital risk initiatives.
- Lead governance committees and cross-functional working groups.
- Mentor governance analysts and risk professionals.
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications in governance or risk management are advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, fintech, enterprise governance, or risk management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
