A globally respected fintech institution is expanding its Digital Asset Strategy Division and is seeking an experienced Digital Asset Strategist to lead the development of innovative cryptocurrency products, institutional digital asset initiatives, blockchain-enabled financial services, and next-generation investment solutions.
This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals who understand the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape and can bridge traditional financial services with decentralized technologies. You will collaborate with executive leadership to identify emerging market opportunities, evaluate blockchain innovations, and develop strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization’s position within the global digital economy.
Working alongside Blockchain Engineers, Product Directors, Digital Banking Leaders, Risk Specialists, Compliance Professionals, Cybersecurity Experts, Data Scientists, Quantitative Analysts, Treasury Teams, and Executive Management, you will influence strategic decisions that define the institution’s long-term digital asset vision.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise digital asset and cryptocurrency strategies.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and financial innovations.
- Support the launch of institutional cryptocurrency products and services.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Prepare executive investment proposals and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on digital asset initiatives.
- Monitor cryptocurrency market developments and technology trends.
- Develop long-term digital asset roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Support strategic partnerships across the blockchain ecosystem.
- Present findings to executive leadership and governance committees.
- Mentor junior strategy professionals.
- Represent the organization at international blockchain and fintech events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fintech, digital assets, blockchain, investment strategy, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, tokenized financial services, and blockchain infrastructure.
