A fast-growing fintech organization is seeking an experienced Bitcoin Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Bitcoin-focused financial products tailored for retail, corporate, and institutional markets.
This role combines strategic vision, market intelligence, customer-centric innovation, and cross-functional leadership. You will define product roadmaps, evaluate market opportunities, and collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver secure, scalable, and globally competitive Bitcoin solutions.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop product strategies for Bitcoin-based financial services.
- Define product roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct customer research and competitive market analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout product development.
- Prepare business cases and executive investment proposals.
- Monitor product performance and customer adoption metrics.
- Coordinate successful product launches across regional markets.
- Prioritize feature enhancements using customer feedback.
- Work closely with risk and compliance teams during product implementation.
- Drive continuous innovation across digital asset offerings.
- Mentor associate product professionals.
- Represent the organization at international product and fintech events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 6–9 years of experience in product management, fintech, blockchain, digital assets, or financial technology.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
