Position Overview
A rapidly expanding fintech ecosystem seeks an ambitious Senior Fintech Backend Developer (Python & Java) to build highly sophisticated financial applications that power digital payments, merchant services, financial automation, embedded finance platforms, and intelligent transaction ecosystems.

Backend Development
- Develop scalable backend systems supporting financial services.

Financial Systems Engineering
- Develop payment orchestration services.
- Support settlement and reconciliation processes.
- Build merchant integration solutions.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation.
Python Engineering
- Create analytics and reporting services.
- Build automation frameworks.
- Develop machine learning integrations.
- Design intelligent business workflows.
Java Engineering
- Develop enterprise-grade transactional systems.
- Build high-performance APIs.
- Support integration with banking infrastructure.
- Optimize application scalability.
Security & Compliance
- Implement secure coding standards.
- Strengthen data protection measures.
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Participate in security reviews and audits.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of backend software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and Python.
- Experience building APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with fintech or banking environments preferred.
