Customer Journey Mapping

Loan Application Experience

  • Support customers during loan application submission
  • Ensure accurate capture of customer data
  • Minimize friction in application processes

Verification & Approval Coordination

  • Coordinate verification of customer information
  • Ensure smooth progression through approval workflows
  • Maintain transparency in application status

 Loan Disbursement Experience

  • Oversee disbursement of approved loans
  • Ensure timely and accurate fund transfers
  • Monitor disbursement success rates

Repayment Journey Management

  • Track repayment schedules and customer activity
  • Support customers with repayment-related inquiries
  • Ensure accurate processing of installment payments

 Retention & Lifecycle Engagement

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience
  • Enhance overall lending journey

Extended Responsibilities

  • Improve customer journey workflows
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams
  • Support development of customer-centric fintech solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in lending operations, customer experience, or fintech
  • Strong understanding of digital lending processes
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work remotely with customer-focused processes
