Systems Interaction Architecture
Data Source Systems
- Monitor incoming data from transaction systems
- Validate accuracy of source data
- Ensure completeness of financial records
Processing & Transformation Layer
- Oversee transformation of data between systems
- Ensure correct mapping of financial fields
- Maintain consistency during data processing
Reconciliation Engine
- Reconcile data across multiple systems
- Identify mismatches and discrepancies
- Ensure alignment of financial records
Exception Handling Framework
- Investigate discrepancies
- Resolve inconsistencies across systems
- Implement preventive measures
Reporting & Audit Layer
- Generate reports on reconciliation status
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial standards
Extended Responsibilities
- Improve data integrity frameworks
- Collaborate with technical and finance teams
- Enhance reconciliation processes
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in reconciliation, financial systems, or fintech
- Strong understanding of multi-system environments
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work remotely with high accountability
