Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain relational and NoSQL database solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate backend services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit testing and support automated testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and performance metrics.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Ensure compliance with secure software development practices.
• Stay current with emerging backend technologies and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
