Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build high-availability microservices supporting financial platforms.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Design secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Develop backend components supporting payment processing and digital financial services.
• Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
• Build asynchronous messaging solutions using modern event-driven architectures.
• Design database schemas for high-volume transactional systems.
• Monitor application health and improve system observability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps teams, QA engineers, and solution architects.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical planning sessions.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging backend technologies and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience developing enterprise backend applications.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, C#, Go, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience with Spring Boot, .NET, Express.js, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Git and Agile software development methodologies.
