Role Overview
A forward-thinking fintech ecosystem in Dubai is seeking a purpose-driven and strategically minded Senior Financial Literacy & Inclusion Officer – Digital Finance Education, Consumer Empowerment & Behavioral Engagement to lead large-scale financial education initiatives across diverse customer segments.
This role goes far beyond traditional awareness campaigns. It is centered on transforming how individuals understand, trust, and interact with digital financial systems—from payments and savings to credit, investments, and financial planning.
You will design and execute sophisticated financial literacy programs that leverage behavioral science, digital platforms, and data-driven insights to improve financial decision-making, increase product adoption, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial literacy strategies targeting retail users, SMEs, and underserved communities
- Design educational content covering digital payments, budgeting, savings, credit management, fraud awareness, and financial planning
- Build interactive learning experiences through mobile apps, webinars, workshops, and digital platforms
- Apply behavioral insights to improve financial habits and user engagement
- Collaborate with product teams to embed financial education into digital banking journeys
- Partner with community organizations, institutions, and stakeholders to expand outreach
- Measure program effectiveness using KPIs such as engagement rates, knowledge improvement, and behavioral change
- Develop multilingual content to cater to diverse user groups
- Ensure alignment with UAE financial regulations and consumer protection frameworks
- Conduct research on financial behavior trends and literacy gaps
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer experience through education
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Education, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in financial literacy, education, or fintech customer engagement
- Strong understanding of financial products and digital banking systems
- Experience in content development, program management, and user engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with behavioral economics and user engagement strategies
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and content tools
- Knowledge of financial inclusion initiatives
