A leading next-generation fintech institution is seeking an accomplished Executive Director – Financial Cloud Platforms to spearhead the architecture, modernization, and governance of cloud-native banking ecosystems supporting digital payments, lending, treasury, customer engagement, and enterprise financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise cloud transformation strategies for financial services.
- Lead migration of mission-critical banking applications to cloud environments.
- Define enterprise architecture standards and technology governance.
- Drive automation, platform resilience, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and product leadership.
- Optimize infrastructure costs and cloud performance.
- Build strategic alliances with technology providers and financial institutions.
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks.
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and Board committees.
- Mentor senior engineering and cloud leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, enterprise technology, banking infrastructure, or cloud engineering.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and digital banking technologies.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
