Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI governance and automation strategy.

- Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk teams.
- Monitor AI model performance, fairness, explainability, and reliability.

- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in fintech, banking technology, enterprise AI, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, automation frameworks, and financial operations.
