An innovative fintech organization is seeking an experienced Fintech Enterprise Solutions Consultant to advise financial institutions and enterprise clients on implementing advanced fintech solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, payment capabilities, and digital banking performance.
You will work alongside executive stakeholders, technology architects, and commercial teams to deliver strategic consulting engagements that create measurable business value.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise fintech solution assessments.
- Develop digital transformation roadmaps for financial institutions.
- Lead client workshops and executive presentations.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend technology solutions.
- Support implementation of digital banking platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams during solution delivery.
- Prepare business cases and commercial proposals.
- Monitor project success metrics and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for long-term strategic partnerships.
- Represent the organization during client engagements and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in fintech consulting, banking technology, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and commercial consulting skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
