Advisory Brief
We are seeking a commercially sophisticated Consultant to advise fintech businesses on expansion, competitive positioning and sustainable growth across Gulf financial markets.
The role combines market intelligence, strategic analysis, commercial modelling and fintech-sector expertise. The successful candidate will help identify where new opportunities exist, determine how to enter those markets and develop practical strategies for converting opportunities into revenue.
Consulting Responsibilities

Conduct market assessments across GCC fintech ecosystems.

Identify attractive segments within payments, digital banking, lending, WealthTech and financial infrastructure.

Analyse competitors, customer behaviour and market dynamics.

Develop market-entry and expansion strategies.

Evaluate commercial attractiveness of prospective products and markets.

Build financial and commercial models for growth initiatives.

Assess potential strategic partnerships and distribution channels.

Develop business cases for new fintech propositions.
-
Advise leadership on product-market positioning.

Identify emerging technologies capable of creating competitive advantages.

Conduct strategic reviews of existing fintech operations.

Develop actionable growth roadmaps with measurable milestones.

Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations.

Support commercial negotiations and strategic partnership initiatives where required.
Required Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience in consulting, fintech, banking, payments, strategy or financial services.

Strong knowledge of digital-finance business models.
-
Demonstrated experience in market analysis and strategic planning.

Strong financial-modelling and commercial-analysis capabilities.

Excellent presentation and executive-communication skills.

Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into structured recommendations.

GCC market experience is advantageous.
