An internationally recognized fintech institution is expanding its enterprise quality function and is seeking a visionary Manager – Quality Assurance & Digital Excellence to establish world-class quality frameworks supporting digital banking, payment platforms, financial applications, AI-powered services, and cloud-native fintech ecosystems.

Your Mission
You will define and execute enterprise-wide quality strategies that ensure every fintech solution meets exceptional standards of functionality, performance, security, compliance, and customer satisfaction before deployment into production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead enterprise QA governance across multiple fintech platforms.
- Establish automated testing strategies for web, mobile, cloud, and API-driven financial applications.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, usability, performance, and accessibility testing.
- Implement quality metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Business Analysts throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive shift-left testing methodologies within Agile and DevSecOps environments.
- Lead defect management, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessments.
- Improve release quality through CI/CD pipeline integration and intelligent test automation.
- Mentor QA engineers while promoting a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging QA technologies, AI-assisted testing tools, and automation frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Significant experience leading QA teams within fintech, banking, or digital financial services.
- Strong expertise in test automation, API testing, cloud testing, SQL, performance testing, and Agile delivery.
- Familiarity with financial transaction systems, digital payments, and regulatory quality requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
