An ambitious financial technology institution is seeking an accomplished Manager – Digital Banking Transformation to lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across digital banking, embedded finance, payment ecosystems, and customer experience innovation. This leadership opportunity is designed for professionals capable of translating strategic vision into scalable fintech solutions while driving operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will oversee digital transformation programs that enhance banking accessibility, optimize operational efficiency, strengthen regulatory readiness, and accelerate the delivery of next-generation financial products for retail and corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital banking transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including product, engineering, compliance, cybersecurity, and operations.
- Develop digital strategies aligned with regional fintech growth objectives.
- Oversee modernization of payment platforms, digital onboarding, API banking, and financial automation.
- Improve customer journeys using AI-powered analytics and process optimization.
- Establish governance frameworks for technology delivery and risk management.
- Drive Agile delivery methodologies across multiple fintech portfolios.
- Collaborate with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Monitor emerging technologies including embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), open finance, and digital identity.
- Deliver measurable improvements in customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Extensive experience leading fintech or digital banking programs.
- Strong knowledge of digital payments, cloud banking, API ecosystems, and financial technologies.
- Experience managing enterprise transformation projects.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities.
