A rapidly expanding fintech organization is looking for a highly creative Manager – Product Experience & Interface Innovation to lead user experience strategy across digital banking applications, payment platforms, customer onboarding solutions, financial analytics dashboards, and AI-powered financial services.
The successful candidate will bridge design, technology, and business strategy to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and product performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI initiatives for multiple fintech product portfolios.
- Define product experience roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Conduct customer journey mapping, usability evaluations, and interface optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, compliance, and marketing teams.
- Develop interactive prototypes and production-ready interface designs.
- Promote accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive digital experiences.
- Analyze customer behavior using data-driven design methodologies.
- Establish design governance and quality standards across digital products.
- Mentor UX designers and encourage continuous professional development.
- Stay informed on emerging UX trends, AI-enhanced interfaces, and fintech innovations.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience leading UX/UI projects within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Expertise in design systems, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development and customer-centered design.
- Outstanding collaboration, presentation, and leadership skills.
