Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Validate financial workflows, payment processing systems, and customer-facing applications.
- Record, prioritize, and track software defects through their complete lifecycle.
- Verify compliance with established quality standards and release criteria.
- Assist in creating automated testing scenarios and reusable quality assets.
- Analyze test results and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners.
- Support quality audits and software release governance activities.
- Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and quality records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or quality control within fintech or financial services.
- Familiarity with test management tools, defect tracking platforms, API validation, and database testing.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced Agile environments.
