Core Duties
- Develop enterprise payment strategies supporting regional expansion.
- Lead financial intelligence programs utilizing predictive analytics and AI.
- Manage payment optimization initiatives across multiple channels.
- Improve fraud detection capabilities using intelligent monitoring technologies.
- Partner with product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Analyze transaction trends to improve profitability and operational performance.
- Deliver executive reporting supported by financial insights and market intelligence.
- Guide innovation across instant payments, cross-border transactions, and payment orchestration.
- Build strategic roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational objectives.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proven leadership experience within fintech, banking, or digital payments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, financial intelligence platforms, and regulatory environments.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives.
