A globally expanding fintech institution is seeking a highly accomplished Manager – Fraud Risk Intelligence to lead enterprise fraud prevention strategies across digital banking, payment platforms, mobile financial services, merchant acquiring, and real-time transaction ecosystems.
This strategic leadership role is designed for professionals who can combine advanced analytics, fraud intelligence, operational governance, and emerging technologies to proactively identify, prevent, and mitigate increasingly sophisticated financial crime threats while delivering seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise fraud prevention and detection strategies.
- Lead fraud monitoring across digital banking, payment processing, digital wallets, and financial platforms.
- Build advanced fraud detection models using behavioral analytics and artificial intelligence.
- Conduct complex fraud investigations and coordinate remediation activities.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Strengthen fraud governance frameworks, internal controls, and operational resilience.
- Monitor fraud trends and emerging financial crime techniques affecting digital finance.
- Produce executive fraud intelligence reports and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee incident response and fraud escalation procedures.
- Mentor fraud specialists while promoting continuous innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in fraud risk management within fintech, banking, digital payments, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, fraud analytics, digital identity protection, and enterprise risk frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, analytical reasoning, and stakeholder management skills.
